    Alistair

    Alistair Muscat serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Integra Private Wealth, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in banking and financial investment services to his leadership role. His career journey includes pivotal positions at Mid-Med Bank, HSBC, and Michael N Trading Co Ltd, where he was involved in various areas including finance, banking, marketing, compliance, wealth management, and asset management.

    In 2005, Alistair transitioned to HSBC International Financial Advisors (Malta) Ltd, assuming the role of Senior Independent Wealth Manager. Recognised for his expertise, he was appointed European division team leader in 2007. Alistair has been a regulated professional with the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) since 2000. Additionally, he holds membership with the National Futures Association in the United States and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

    Alistair's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and the International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute in the UK, underscoring his dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian, Alistair brings a multicultural perspective to his leadership at Integra Private Wealth. His wealth of experience and diverse skill set contribute to the company's success in providing comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

    Deborah Mills

    Deborah is a UK qualified solicitor, having qualified with a leading London City practice in 1990. She established her first law firm in 1994 having spent some years with an international oil group and merged it with Howard Kennedy in 2008. She established her own firm again in 2011 and is to date the senior partner of Burlingtons Legal LLP. Burlingtons Legal forms part of Burlingtons Group, a multi-disciplinary international services group. Deborah’s area of specialisation is international mergers and acquisitions. She is married with two adult children and speaks Spanish and French.

    Ivan Fsadni

    Ivan acts as Non-Executive Director to Integra Private Wealth. Ivan has been involved in banking and finance for over 35 years. He started with Bank of Valletta plc and progressed through the bank in a variety of posts. In 1997 Ivan left the bank to start his own private practice as a Certified Public Accountant offering accounting, tax, VAT, corporate services as well as internal audit and compliance consultancy services. Ivan joined Fimbank plc in 2006 as Group Head of Internal Audit, eventually also being appointed as MLRO and Group Chief Risk Officer. In 2015, Ivan went back to private practice and established Ivan Fsadni Advisory, focusing on internal audit, risk management and compliance consultancy and services.Ivan has been a regulated person with the MFSA for a number of years and is also a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a member of the Institute of Management. Ivan holds the warrant to practice as a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

    Adrian Mallia

    Adrian is a Financial Services professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the sector. He now holds non-executive directorships and independent investment committee member roles with a number of entities. Adrian was previously CEO for an FX online brokerage business, Portfolio Manager within Asset Management, and Head of Wealth Solutions at Mediterranean Bank plc. He also held varied positions with HSBC Bank in the Wealth Management and Asset Management in Malta, and in the Fund Administration and Custody unit both in Luxembourg and in Malta. Prior to moving into the Financial sector, he spent a number of years in senior management within the manufacturing sector. Adrian is an active member of the Institute of Financial Services Committee in Malta and was a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta. He holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance from City University Business School (CASS) in London and a BCom (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta.

    Daniela Pace Bonello is the Compliance Director, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, and Company Secretary at Integra Private Wealth. With a wealth of experience spanning several years, Daniela has held diverse roles with firms specialising in private wealth solutions, encompassing areas such as investment advice, tax guidance, trusts, and pensions.

    Daniela holds a Master's in Law with a specialisation in Financial Services Law from the University of London, a testament to her dedication to achieving advanced qualifications. Her professional certifications include the Certificate for Financial Advisors, along with qualifications in investment compliance, risk management, and accountancy.

    Fluent in English, Maltese, and Italian, Daniela brings a multilingual proficiency that fosters effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, she is conversant in Spanish, further enhancing her ability to engage with a broad spectrum of individuals.

    As a seasoned professional in compliance and financial services, Daniela plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory adherence and operational integrity at Integra Private Wealth. Her comprehensive expertise and commitment to staying abreast of industry advancements contribute to the company's success in providing top-tier financial services solutions.
