Marilena Vella is the Operations Manager at Integra Private Wealth, bringing over three decades of experience across retail banking, investment operations, and financial administration. With deep expertise in client relationship management, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting, she plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the accuracy, efficiency, and continuity of the firm's day-to-day operations.
Marilena is no stranger to Integra. She first joined the firm in 2014 and went on to serve as Head of Operations, acting as the first point of contact for Direct Mandate clients while overseeing daily and monthly account and bank reconciliations, internal systems updates, quarterly management fee processing, assets under management reporting, and tax documentation including withholding tax certificates, CRS and FATCA reporting.
During her time away, Marilena served as Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Mizzi Motors Ltd, supporting board-level governance, minute taking, and confidential documentation management, while also contributing to the monthly and annual consolidation of management accounts and budgets. Earlier in her career she was a Branch Supervisor at Banif Bank (Malta) plc, an Assistant Financial Controller at Arrow Pharm International Ltd, and an Office Administrator at RSM Malta, following an eleven-year foundation at Mid-Med Bank plc / HSBC Bank Malta plc, where she progressed from Bank Clerk to Branch Operations Office Supervisor.
Educated at Junior College, Msida, with Advanced Level qualifications in Accounts and Economics, Marilena combines strong analytical and organisational discipline with a calm, client-focused approach. Trilingual in Maltese, English, and Italian, she is known for her precision under pressure, absolute discretion with confidential information, and a collaborative style that strengthens the wider Integra team.
